You do not need to do this before you come, we measure you properly in store. But if you would like an idea beforehand, here is how.
Bust
Around the fullest part, tape level all the way round
Waist
The narrowest part, usually just above the navel
Hips
The fullest part, roughly 20cm below the waist
Hollow to hem
From the dip at the base of your throat to the floor, in the shoes you will wear
Wear the underwear you plan to wear on the day and stand naturally. Do not pull the tape tight.
