Fittings are private and by appointment. Please let us know as early as you can if you cannot make it so we can offer the slot to another bride.
The fitting fee is payable on booking and is deducted from your gown if you order with us on the day of that appointment.
Gowns are ordered in to your measurements. Because each gown is ordered specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the designer.
Lead times vary by gown and are confirmed in writing before you commit. We will always tell you if a date is too tight.
Anything you send us through this website or WhatsApp is used only to arrange your appointment and your gown. We do not share it with anyone.
